With over two decades of experience leading multi-million dollar programs in telecom and infrastructure, Becky brings a uniquely strategic and grounded approach to leadership and coaching. Her background as an executive leader and operations architect gives her a rare perspective on what truly drives performance, collaboration, and transformation—from the field to the finance team, and from individual contributors to the executive suite.
Becky’s leadership journey began in administration and evolved into a powerhouse role where she built and coached high-performing teams through rapid growth, operational overhauls, and organizational change. Whether managing teams of 25+ or mentoring future leaders one-on-one, she’s known for her ability to recognize potential, build trust, and create environments where people thrive.
What sets Becky apart is her integrated approach: aligning strategy, systems, and people to deliver meaningful outcomes. Outside the boardroom and coaching space, Becky lives a life anchored in creativity, movement, and deep connection. A lifelong dancer, she continues to express her passion for movement through ballet, lyrical, and jazz—embracing the challenge of starting pointe work at 48 with the same drive and grace that has defined her career. Her years as a cheerleader and coach weren’t just about choreography—they were about helping others discover confidence, discipline, and joy through shared purpose.
Becky’s devotion to community runs just as deep. As a founding Director of a not-for-profit arts organization, she champions creative expression by supporting scholarships, residencies, and funding for artists across genres. She believes that art and leadership both require courage, and she works to nurture both wherever she goes.
She’s also a fierce advocate for compassion—fostering and adopting rescue dogs and always finding room in her heart (and her home) for those who need it. Pilates keeps her grounded, movement keeps her centered, and service keeps her fulfilled.
